As inquiries have often come as to the nature of the graduation certificate,
it seems pertinent to put the form in permanent record here.

In closing, I
would again lay stress upon the importance of our taking up evening schoolwork
for the men of our city. In two of my previous reports I have dwelt at length
on this subject and am glad to know that steps are to be taken to extend the
service of the school to the community. We have a large field for service,
and I am sure results will be far beyond our expectations.
